TABB 30: Clarity and Thrive
In Clarity, We Thrive
Who is it for?
TABB 30 - Clarity and Thrive is for women who are already living an alcohol-free life and want to take time to review where they are now that alcohol no longer plays a role.
It’s for those ready to pause, reflect and decide how they want to move forward with renewed focus, purpose and energy.
What it is and How it’s delivered:
This is a 30-day programme designed to help you reflect deeply on your alcohol-free journey so far.
Through daily lessons and discussion prompts, you’ll explore:
- Where you are now in your alcohol-free life
- What’s working well and where you want to grow
- Ways to amplify your life and step more fully into the version of you that sobriety makes possible
Here at TABB for Women, we wholeheartedly believe that we don’t get sober just to survive - we get sober to amplify life. This programme is your chance to turn up the volume on what matters most to you.
Here’s to thriving with clarity, purpose and joy!
At TABB for Women, our 28, 30 and 90 day courses have been thoughtfully developed- born from lived experience, grounded in science and guided by a philosophy of compassion, clarity and community. Each programme is designed to meet you exactly where you’re at, support you without judgement and walk beside you as you discover what an alcohol-free life can bring.
