At TABB, we offer flexible coaching formats to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re just starting out, struggling to maintain momentum, or ready to go deeper.

1:1 Coaching

Confidential, compassionate, and completely tailored to you.

Ideal if you prefer a private space to talk things through, want help with specific challenges, or simply need someone in your corner. Whether it’s accountability, motivation, mindset shifts, or confidence building, your coach will support you with expert care and zero judgment.

Small Group Coaching

For those who value connection and shared experience, our small group sessions offer a powerful space to learn, reflect, and grow with others.

Groups are intentionally kept small so everyone has the opportunity to speak, feel heard, and be part of something meaningful.

Each session focuses on a specific theme, like boundaries, identity, self-trust, or preparing for life beyond the break.

Group coaching sessions run every couple of months, giving you regular opportunities to engage in a deeper, collective journey.

One-Off Sessions & Packages

You don’t need to commit long-term to benefit from coaching.

Choose a one-off session for a reset or moment of clarity, or opt for a multi-session package if you’d like consistent, ongoing support.

All our coaches are fully trained, experienced, and aligned with TABB’s values. They bring a blend of professional expertise, lived experience, and deep respect for your individual path. Their role is to walk beside you, help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, and support you, wherever you are on your journey.
