RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

Before You Join a TABB Meeting

Welcome we’re so glad you’re here.

TABB meetings are safe, empowering spaces for women who are taking a break from alcohol or living an alcohol-free life. To help protect the integrity and safety of these spaces, we ask that you read the following before attending:

Confidentiality & Safety Matter

TABB
is a nonjudgmental, confidential space. Please respect the privacy of everyone who attends. That means:

  • No sharing meeting links or login details.
  • No screenshots or recordings of any kind.

Use Headphones When Needed

If you're joining from a shared space, we ask that you wear headphones to protect the privacy of other women in the meeting.

Stay Aligned With the Purpose

These meetings are for women who are taking a break from alcohol or are already alcohol-free. Let that purpose guide how you show up and what you share. Put simply, we don't do Religion, Politics or any controversial topic.

If You’re Still Drinking, You’re Still Welcom
e

If you’re still drinking but want to be part of this space, we’re glad you’re here. We just ask that you keep your camera and microphone off during the meeting. Listen in, reflect, and know that you matter.

Show Up With Respect

This is a space rooted in compassion, personal responsibility, and mutual support. We all come from different paths, but here we meet with openness and care.

We believe in the power of community and in supporting each other through all the ups and downs. You’re not alone and you don’t have to figure this out on your own.
